I cannot extract the RAR files. I keep getting the error message that follows. Can you assist me please?

! C:\Users\djm\Downloads\adcs4mc-burn.rar: Cannot create adobe_cs4_extended.iso
! Access is denied.
! C:\Users\djm\Downloads\adcs4mc-burn.r63: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged

Once I get the files extracted, what is the procedure to get past the Adobe security system to activate the files?
